Overview 

At Everything Cyn & Co, we value our customers and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order:

General Return Conditions

All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached

Products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

Wigs & Hair Extensions

For hygiene and quality control reasons, most wigs and hair extensions are not eligible for return once opened.

If you believe your wig or hair extension order is defective or incorrect, please contact us first at everythingcynnco@gmail.com so we can confirm if your order qualifies for a return or exchange.

Adult Toys

Due to the nature of these products and for health and safety reasons, *adult toys items cannot be returned

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Please use a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, discounted items, and promotional bundles are final sale.

Refunds

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at everythingcynnco@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 940 337 6407 with your order number, receipts or prove of purchase transaction and reason for return.

2. Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping your item back.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved returns may be issued as store credit or replacement within a certain amount of days.(depending on the case).

Everything Cyn & Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items  

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  everythingcynnco@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 940 337 6407 and send your item to: 1414 S Broadway st. Carrollton TX 75006.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1414 S Broadway st. Carrollton
TX 75006.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
